The workshops were the opportunity to desing and give structure to the S.O.S. Project. International Contemporary Art Proyect that will allow cultural and artistic exchanges between artist from Tijuana and Baghdad.

Casa del Túnel is an Art Center near to the USA Border in México, from the Terrace you could see the San Ysidro California. Its a non profit organization in Tijuana.

Baja Sand Festival

Rosarito Beach in Baja California México, was the place for the 2016 edition of the Baja Sand Festival.

 

Baja Sand it´s an opportunity to share with people art and creative process.

Conference at Universidad Pedagógica Nacional UPN Campus Tijuana

As parto of the cultural exchanges with México, the first conference at Universidad Pedagógica Nacional UPN represents the beginning of the project S.O.S. - International Project of Contemporary Art between Baghdad and México-.

This conference was the fisrt call for artist to participate through workshops in the art production process.

KADIR FADHEL SOLO EXHIBITION

Kadir Fadhel -Art from Baghdad, Solo Exhibition-

Location: Centro Cultural Tijuana, México.

Open from August 13th to September 23th.

   

This is the first exhibition at México, and shows a review of the artist career, through the documentary and protographic evidence of his work in places like Bagdad, Berlín, Munich and other cities. This solo exhibition incorporates Video, photography and paint.
